What are the dimensions of the Miche Bag? top
The Petite Base Bag is 4“ (wide) x 8“ (long) x 6” (tall). The Classic Base Bag is 5.75" (wide) x 11.75" (long) x 6.5" (tall). The Demi Base Bag is 7" (wide) x 14" (long) x 9.5" (tall).The Prima Base Bag is 5” (wide) x 15” (long) x 12” (tall).
How do I change the Handles on my Miche Bag? top
Open the metal ring (carabiner) that attaches the handle to the bag. To open the ring, just push down on the top (you might have to push hard to unlatch it). It will open, allowing you to slide out the Handle and attach the new ones.
How long does shipping take? top
I can confirm order delivery dates for all orders placed at a Miche Party. Orders placed directly on this website will be shipped within one week of the order date. Miche's default shipping option is FedEx ground with expedited shipping options, so please plan accordingly if you need to receive your package within a certain time frame. Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships out. If you do not receive a shipping notification please contact me.
What is your cancellation policy? top
For all returns and exchanges, please contact the Miche Home Office at 877.716.4243 to start a refund/exchange request. Please keep the following things in mind for refunds and exchanges:
- All items must be returned in original condition and in the original packaging. If Classic or Petite Shells are returned to us folded in thirds, they are not considered resellable and WILL NOT be eligible for a refund.
- Miche does not cover return shipping costs. These will need to be covered by you in the case of an exchange.
- Refund and exchange requests outside of the 30-day purchase window will not be honored.
- Refunds/Exchanges must be handled at the original point of purchase.

What is your return policy? top
Miche offers a 100% refund policy to all customers. If you are dissatisfied with your product, contact your Miche Representative first. Product in undamaged and unused condition, in its original packaging, may be returned to Miche for a refund within 30 days from the date on which the original order was received. Return instructions are set forth on the customer receipt. Shipping charges will not be refunded. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
How do we clean Miche Jewelry? top
Clean and polish gently with a soft cloth. No jewelry cleaner is needed! In fact, chemicals should never be used on Miche Jewelry because they could damage the plating and dull the sparkle. Jewelry should be put on as a finishing touch to your look, after you’ve finished with hairsprays, lotions, perfume and makeup.
What is the best way to store Miche Jewelry? top
Store jewels in a cool, dry place or in an airtight poly bag so they’ll be clean and dazzling when you’re ready to shine. Enjoy!
What is the difference between costume, fashion and fine jewelry? top
Costume jewelry is styled to look like very expensive jewelry, but is used with less costly materials that make them more affordable. Generally, a base metal is plated with a thin layer of gold or silver.
Fashion jewelry can also be fashioned from materials similar to costume jewelry’s, but the category is very broad and may include plastic, rope, leather and more. The main difference is in the design—fashion jewelry is trendier. Miche Jewelry generally falls in this category.
Fine jewelry is made from precious metals and real gemstones and is therefore much more expensive.
